what to keep in mind for your application

1. These tests do not have pass or fail scores, BUT nursing programs will require a minimum “passing” score to apply. So, make sure you meet that score or else you will not get in.⠀⁣⁣⠀
⠀⁣⁣⠀
2. You are allowed to take the HESI A2 and TEAS 6 three times within 12 months 30 days apart, BUT programs will set their own requirements on how many times you can take it. Usually it is two attempts. Check with your school for their requirements. ⠀⁣⁣⠀
⠀⁣⁣⠀
3. STUDY!!! This is not a test you can just go in and take. Take it seriously. The test carries a lot of weight on your application. Study for AT LEAST a month, but 6+ weeks is recommended, if not more. Try your best the first attempt. (I made this mistake my first attempt).⠀⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
4. On the application you will need to manually write in your score AND send a transcript of your scores from the testing site. Don’t forget to do this and also make sure you are sending it to the right place and by the deadline. Sending your scores costs money. ⁣⁣

❤️If you are studying for your nursing school entrance exam… Good luck!!You got this!⠀⁣⁣⠀
